Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon oil, olive
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refriegerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

2. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
